• COD (cash on delivery):
COD works like this: we send out the order and you pay your postman on your doorstep at the time of delivery. Unfortunately, this method of payment means additional costs for us. Hence we have to charge EUR 4,-- COD-charges in addition to the above mentioned shipping & handling fees. Furthermore the Deutsche Post raises an additional service fee for COD which we do not have any influence on.
• Credit Card (VISA, EURO/MASTERCARD):
In case you decide to pay by Credit Card please indicate your credit card number as well as the date of expiry of your Credit Card on the order form. Apart from shipping & handling no further costs will arise
In short it all looks like this: Payment by prepayment: Value of goods + EUR 4,- Payment by bank collection: Value of goods + EUR 4,- Payment by credit card: Value of goods + EUR 4,- Payment by cash on delivery:* Value of goods + EUR 10,-
* plus additional service fee raised by the Deutsche Post!
TERMS OF SHIPPING AND HANDLING FOR DELIVERIES OUTSIDE OF GERMANY For deliveries outside Germany we recommend payment by Credit Card since our experience from the past proves it to be the most convenient and comfortable method of payment for foreign customers.
DELIVERIES WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION (EU/EEC): All prices in our magazine and in the web shop are displayed in Euro and include VAT (value-added tax, at present 19%). Therefore no additional charges arise and the displayed prices are valid for all deliveries within the EU/EEC.
This does not concern shipments to Austria because of the higher V.A.T. (we have to charge 20% instead of 19% V.A.T.)!
DELIVERIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION EU/NON EEC COUNTRIES: For deliveries to non EEC countries the 19 % VAT do not arise. We only charge the magazine price, VAT deducted. Apart from the costs for shipping & handling and probable COD costs we will charge an extra 2% of the sum total for the time consuming paper work.
